We offer Acupuncture and Chiropractic services to help you
obtain the results you are looking for in your wellness
plan. Patients are referred to us for many reasons including chronic pain and disease management. Specific diagnoses we treat include: allergies, asthma, fertility and pregnancy issues, problems related to cancer and cancer treatment side effects, arthritis, skin disorders, stomach and bowel problems, bladder problems, headache, orthopedic and sports issues, pain management and much more.
Patients may see one specialist directly, or benefit from a team approach of treatment. Each patient is evaluated and treated as a whole - body, mind and spirit. Our primary goal is to find the best healing intervention for each individual patient. Doctor of Oriental
Tammy Anderson graduated from Acupuncture &
Massage College, Miami, Florida with a Master's degree in
Oriental Medicine. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Health
Tammy’s interest in holistic medicine
began about 20 years ago learning herbal remedies which soon
lead her into the world of aromatherapy. After serving 8
years of active duty in the U.S. Army, she became a
certified licensed Massage Therapist, practicing
various bodywork modalities. In 2008 she embarked on her
path of learning the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine.
Tammy Anderson is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician
and a nationally board certified Doctor of Oriental
Tammy is trained in all methods of care and healing
and specializes in Addiction treatment and Withdrawal. Tammy
is on staff at many treatment centers in Palm Beach County.

Fitness and Nutrition Coach
Norika Kawai graduated from The Florida
College of Integrative Medicine with a Master's degree in
Oriental Medicine, She carries a Bachelor's degree in
Professional Health Studies.
Norika is originally from Japan and fluent in
Japanese and English. As a Licensed Acupuncture Physician
and a favorite of country club golfers in Central Florida,
she brings her broad experience dealing with management of
pain from various ailments. Norika administers Traditional
Chinese Medicine assessment; prescribes herbal and
homeopathic medicine as well as vitamin B12-injections. She
have consulted, researched and treated a wide range of
sports injuries, auto accident cases, internal and external
conditions, pain management, weight management and stress
Norika is trained in all methods of care and healing but
specializes in Sports Acupuncture. She has been treating
major sports teams in Florida as the team staff
acupuncturist. Norika can also be seen on the shopping
channel, QVC in which she sells products of Chinese

Raphael Tamari graduated with honors from
Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego,
California. He holds a Master's of Science degree in

Raphael Tamari trained in China for many years in which much of his
experience was acquired
by apprenticing leading physicians where he
studied sports medicine.
Chiropractic Physician –
Dr. Suzanne Frank graduated from Parker University in
Dallas, Texas in December 2011, with a Doctor of
Chiropractic degree. She is a 2007 graduate of the
University of Florida with a B.S. in psychology.
Dr. Suzanne Frank loves taking patients on a journey to
experience a completely new model of healthcare, through
chiropractic, and teaching the foundational principle that
the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Dr. Suzanne
also has strong knowledge base in nutrition, which she
believes is a vital piece to the health puzzle and
therefore, implements this in the education each patient
receives in order to maximize their innate ability.
Dr. Suzanne Frank’s experience as an associate Chiropractor
at an extremely high volume chiropractic office helped her
gain a vast knowledge of patient diversity and needs early
on in her career as a doctor. Her passion for leading and
inspiring her patients continues to create transformational
change in the lives she touches. At Garden’s Wellness, Dr.
Suzanne’s focus is on the Upper Cervical spine, which she
has discovered, both through personal experience and
research, to be the most important area of the spine and the
most efficient and effective way to reach 100% of your
potential. The Doctor also has extensive knowledge and
experience in various other full spine techniques, so she is
able to find what works best for each particular case. Dr.
Suzanne Frank puts numerous hours into expanding her
knowledge of the upper cervical spine, Chiropractic in
general, and nutrition at many seminars she attends.
Massage Therapy & Yoga

Silvia is a licensed Massage Therapist and
esthetician in the state of Florida. Silvia provides massage
therapy and facials at Gardens Wellness Center.
Suzette Preble graduated from Everglades University with a
Bachelor's degree in Alternative Medicine. She became a
licensed massage therapist and esthetician at Palm
Beach Academy of Health and Beauty.
Suzette is a certified yoga teacher through PremYoga and
Premadasi Yoga Pluz. She is continuing her education in
Nutrition and Wellness studies at The Institute for
Suzette is an
experienced yoga teacher, esthetician and a licensed Massage
Therapist in the state of Florida. She started her career at
the age of 19 in the field of Dermatology as Medical
Assistant performing Medical Facials. She has been working
in the spa and wellness industry for the past eight years.
Suzette is certified as an instructor in Kripalu yoga and is
registered with the Yoga Alliance, Yoga Kids Certified,
Pilates mat certified with Power Pilates and has completed
over 550 hours of Reformer Equipment training. Suzette
devotes her spare time to the non-profit organizations,
"Yoga Gangsters" and "Lion's Heart" helping teens through
difficulty using the science and practice of yoga.

In addition to being a Licensed
Massage Therapist, Debbie Stromer is a dedicated Licensed
Colon Hydro-therapist who has practiced at Hippocrates
Health Institute helping individuals from all over the world
heal themselves using natural methods utilizing the Ann
Wigmore living foods/wheatgrass juice program. Colon
Hydrotherapy requires an experienced technician to perform
the service. The technician controls water flow, temperature
and pressure which has a direct result in how comfortable
the patient feels. Debbie has a strong following for her
gentle techniques and knowledge of the machinery to ensure
that the patient is as comfortable as possible. Debbie
also utilizes H-Wave technology, a system that relaxes the
abdomen to reduce any symptoms of cramping or discomfort.
As far as our research shows, Gardens Wellness is the only facility to use H-Wave technology in
the colon hydrotherapy field.
