422-4330. Leaving a voicemail is acceptable as it is time
stamped when you call.
If you miss your
appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24
hours notice, you will be charged $50 or your prepaid session
will be redeemed.

sends email reminders, text notifications, and telephone
confirmations. Although our reminders are a convenience for you,
there may be instances where it is out of our control to send
you a notification. We may experience technical difficulties,
unusual high demand delaying notifications, have incorrect
contact information, be closed due to a holiday prior to your
appointment, or other events that may interfere with
communication. Ultimately, it is the patients responsibility to
remember the appointment that they booked.

clients. We are often booked two weeks out with other patients
waiting to be seen.

other patients in hopes to find someone to take your

to their other duties and decreases patient interaction with
people waiting in our office.

scheduled services are booked by the hour. When your colon
hydro-therapist or massage therapist is on schedule, they are
depending on each hour that they are scheduled to provide income
for their families. When you do not show up, it causes them
understand that everyone has an occasional emergency, illness,
or other event that is out of their control. We also know from
being established and serving the South Florida community since
2006 that people will make false excuses to prevent being
gladly waive your fee if you are able to provide proof of your
emergency. We will accept a doctors note or other evidence of
your ill circumstance. We will also consider waiving the fee for
our loyal and regular patients in which we have developed a
relationship of trust, as they are the backbone of our business.
patient does not cancel within the 24 hour cancellation period,
they are flagged in our system preventing them from booking
another appointment without pre-paying a deposit in advance for
their next booking.
If you have made an appointment using a Groupon or have booked a
session from a pre-paid package, your session will be redeemed
as a full appointment. Although this may seem strict, as you
have pre-purchased a session- your therapist has already booked
your appointment on a discounted basis. When your therapist
agrees to accept a discount, they are lowering their standard
compensation to accommodate you. Rebooking a discounted session
would mean your therapist not only lost the income from your
first cancellation, but would also be taking you at another time
for the reduced fee. This would be unfair to our therapist and a
direct impact on their personal income.
